They took my money and never delivery the item that i bought

I bought dvd box from the seller, i contacted the seller after it took about a month and i still havent recived the box, they sendt me a e-mail that said the item had been resendt to them and i still had to waite 21 days after this time had passet i took contact with th seller now they increst it to one more week i never recived the item or refund this seller works in Amazon and play.com they use this time so that complaint time will pass and the seller sites guaranties expires dont buy from this selle
