I ordered 500 dollars worth of car parts for my son's xmas gift. I paid by debit card and the funds were taken from my account one day after order placed.
Urethane bumper was guarteened in stock and shipped withing 14 days or it was 50 percent off. Items never shipped, waited 20 days.
Never able to get them by phone, email, etc. Cancelled the order by internet after never hearing from them. They then 8 days later sent a bumper to the trucking company, it was a piece of junk, weighed 10 pounds, scratched, dented etc.
I refused shipment. I immediatly had a call from a Thomas wanting to know why I didn't take the bumper. I also ordered two other items that he insists were sent out by UPS.
Of course no tracking no. Available and UPS has no knowledge of these items. They are now trying to keep my funds.
They say in their disclaimer I'm responsible for Shipping and Handling fees x2 since the bumper was sent back and are trying to charge a 25 percent restocking fee. The 25 percent is on the entire bill including the Shipping fees. Of course they can't do this. And they are trying to charge the restocking fees on items I believe never left their warehouse. I am out $500.00.
After I've placed my order I have researched this company. They have hundreds of complaints at the Better Buisness Bureau in Denver.
I filed an FBI internet fraud report, contacted the Denver Attoryney Generals Office etc. So far, no luck. Do not order anything from this company.
You'll never get the items or they will be defective
