Asylumm Motorsports
Asylumms is a dishonest company Denver Colorado

Asylumm Motorsports sent in a rebutal to my complaint of never receiving products from them. I ordered A NEO urethane bumper and ledlights and a roof scoop. The NEO bumper was guarteened in stock and shipped within 14 days or it would be 50 percent off. After 20 days and many unanswered emails and no phone response from them I cancelled my order via the internet. A full 8 days later they sent a bumper to the shipping company. It was cheap and flimsy. They say in their rebutal that my bumper was a specially made bumper, that is no where near the truth.

It was the stock bumper on their web page. The day after I refused shipment of the bumper Thomas from asylumms called and I recorded the call. He said my bumper was suppose to be 30 pounds. It weighted 11 pounds, then he said that maybe the bumper "came in from overseas and wasn't inspected". He also told me that my led lights and roof scoop hadn't been shipped and in the next sentence he said "oh yeah it was shipped, you didn't get it", he was unable to give me a UPS tracking number or anything. Stephanie from this company on the rebutal says I refused the roof scoop and led lights at the trucking company. I have copies of all paper work showing that the led lights and roof scoop were never sent to the trucking company. They keep saying that I agreed to terms and conditions. That page doesn't even come up until you submit your order. If they are indeed a "small company trying to keep customers happy", I'd like to ask them why their local Television station did a piece on what a terrible company they are, I'd like to know why hundres of emails have not been answered when I wanted to know where my items were. I'd like to know why their phone number is blocked from my dialing area now. I'd like to know why the telephones are never answered.

I sent many emails just asking for my items to be sent as they were Christmas gifts for my son. I have never heard from this company except the one time when I refused the bumper. Thomas even tried to tell me my bumper was actually an aerogear bumper. The rebutal says that only NEO products were guarteened in stock, not blitz, when my son and I inspected the bumper the front was defintely stamped NEO. I was entitled to the 50 percent off. It was flimsy, scratched and dented.

If this is an honest company why are there hundreds of complaints against them with the Denver Better Buisness Bureau. I have received about 50 emails from people who have read my complaints on many different sites and they are all going through the same thing as me, ordered products and never received or what they did get was defective. So if Asylumms states they are an honest company why can't any of these questions be answered. Doesn't it seem strange that I emailed on a daily basis and I never heard from anyone but as soon as I cancelled the order, Thomas called. I would suggest that no one order anything from this company. Who ever Stephanie is who is sending a rebutal about my complaint, you had months to respond to me. I have checked with law enforcement etc. You can not charge restocking fees and shipping and handling fees on items that have never been sent. If you sent the bumper a full 8 days after I cancelled my order, thats your problem. I should have at least gotten the 50 percent off. This was not a specilally made bumper.

To be honest with you this complaint is not about the money. I just wanted the items for my sons xmas gift. I have had to replace the items that they never sent me. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the items. You can go on any search engine on the web and find sites that have multiple complaints against this company. So perhaps if they are so honest and want to make their customers happy maybe Stepanie can email me and let me know why hundreds of emails were not answered. If they are truly a small company that has gotten too big, too fast, how are they keeping customers happy.

I never received my items. I am not responsible for any fees to them. They are dishonest and have false advertising. They are taking advantage of these kids who like the items they see on their web page. Please don't order anything from them. They have so many complaints against them at the Denver Better Buisness Bureau that one person handles their company. Anyone with problems with Asylumm Motorsports should immed. Contact Suzanne Bacon at the Denver Better Buisness Bureau. Make an FBI internet fraud complaint and contact the attorney general's office.
