I saw this company advertise product on craigslist and on ebay. The same item. I called, spent about 8 hours preparing, and bidding working with a rep named Anselmo Valenzuela. He sounds young and DEFINETLY does not know tow truck equipment.
It became obvious that they were not interested in selling me the item, they wanted to finance and did not give a shit about the documentation I showed them defining price and proving they were asking double what market was for this tow truck. I did this at their request and jumped through all the hoops to show I was a legitimate buyer
They run this operation as a liner closer store "I will ask my manager" I will present your offer... But I think you need to be prepared to pay more... Etc, etc, etc. After getting the run around and having the self professed "principle of the company" refuse to answer a direct question about why he thought my offer was to low, I decided not to do business with them.
I warned Anselmo that he is in business with an idiot or a crook. Now, it appears that is "principle" is both a crook and an idiot.
Don't do business with them.
