The products are well thought out and nice.
The workers are rude, inept and sometimes hostile. Even in this recession!!!
Specifically the people on the floor in the furniture department were unable to answer basic questions (maybe just not interested?), someone downstairs in marketplace followed me around hostilly, telling me repeatedly that I couldn't buy something a manager had already approved, someone in the wearhouse absolutely refused to help me find something, and the items I had picked out upstairs after 2 hours and 3 visits were not even in stock. Ruth (long black hair with highlights) in furnature pickup downstairs took the cake with her hostile attitude and the final unbelievable last straw was that I just found out they will not be delivering my stuff when they said they would! Aaaaarrrugh. Bring valium if you choose to shop here.
The people in the cafeteria were perfectly nice and the view of the harbor is great.
