I bought a "Qualified Used Automobile" (a 2002 Porsche 911 targa) having a 60-day 2000 distance Guarantee from Mercedesbenz of Tampa on 2/2/09 - After shipping I observed the best individual screen wasn't functioning correctly. Their support department didn't recognize the issue with no function was done. I got the vehicle to some Porsche Dealer wherever they explained it had been an electrical window regulator which was no longer working correctly. I expected them to help clarify and Porsche explained I'd require a new Power-Window motor which the regulator is mounted on the engine. You can't purchase it individually, therefore I want a brand new Energy Window Engine that will be protected beneath the guarantee. Mercedesbenz of Tampa isn't prepared to purchase the fix totally and agreed to purchase 1 / 2 of the fix that we am reluctant to take. They ought to substitute the Ability Window Engine.
