Pocket Bikes Online took my money and two other's money that I know. They take your money, say bikes are on backorder and they never come. We got one call from them saying they finally got bikes in and they would be shipped out.
Bikes were never shipped out. We got an email stating a shipping confirmation but all it said was that the information of the bikes was sent to FEDex to make a shipping label.
This has been going on for two months and we have got nothing and heard nothing. You can call and you can email but no one will return your calls or emails. I and the other two guys lost $290 dollars to this company.in a total of $870 dollars this company has took from me and the other two guys.
Do not buy from them, they will not ship and the only time they call you is to let you feel at ease about the bikes and let you think they are coming but bikes will never come and you are out however much money you just spent on a bike.
