I purchased 4 bikes and can not get titled in South Carilona after being told I could

I purchased four bikes after the V-Twin Expo. Show. After selling all bikes I discovered I could not get titled in South Carolina. After talking to Kelly @ Kikker 5150 was told a different story of not being to register bikes. What good are they to anyone. Will have to refund my customers full purchased price.
