My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Nashville Dodge in early December. We traded in our Nissan Altima for our new vehicle and Dodge was to payoff our Nissan. Two months later our Nissan has not been paid off yet and it has gone against my credit score and has lowered my credit score. Will (the gm) promised he sent a check in in the beginning of January but Suntrust never received it. So they cancelled the check and sent in another one. Suntrust has yet to receive that check as well as of February 16. I continue to call Dodge almost every day to get this taken care of but nothing has been done.
Also, I have not received my new tag for our Dodge Grand Caravan that we purchased. I went into the dealership after the new year to see what happend to it and they said it got lost in the mail. They had to file a police report and send out another one. As of February 16th I have not received anything yet.
