I purchased a new Dodge Ram for $28,000 for Towbin Dodge. The very next month KBB showed the vehicle being worth $16,000. It took Towbin Dodge 2 months to pay off my previous vehicle I traded to them, it went into collections, I was harrassed and the loan company refused to take it off my credit report. The automatic windows stopped working only a week after purchase.
A short time after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed the brakes catching to the right side. Before I could get them fixed, I slammed on my breaks to avoid a collision, they caught so hard it pulled me off the road and into a tree. Now my insurance rate has went up dramatically (the first wreck of my entire life). The engine is also the poorest I've had out of any vehicle, it uses more gas than a V12 because you have to slam the peddle to the floor to go anywhere at any decent rate of speed.
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle, overall, I'll never own a Dodge again in my life. More importantly, I'll never do business with Towbin Dodge again.in summary, I'm currently more than $14,000 upside down on my truck in a matter of 3 months, I've had a wreck due to a malfunction in the brakes, my insurance rate has went up dramatically, I've been harrassed and my credit report ruined due to their 2 month waiting period of paying off my vehicle I traded, and I've had to pay more money in gas than if I drove a Ferrari at 200mph down the freeway every day.
