I bought a used BMW X5 from this company. At that time I was told all these stories by Mr Cesar Zebina and Alan Ganji about the vehicle and they convinced me to purchase an extended waranty on the vehicle and told me that it was refundable whenever I wanted. This was in 2007. When I purchased the car I found that it was already under waranty and I filled in the paperwork for a refund.
Nanette Reed took for ever to get it done and Cesar and Alan totally backed off and were extremely rude whenever I have asked for help. Kip kilmon has been issued a check of refund by the waranty company but they have not paid me for a year. Whenever I call it seems that the over $2500 check was mailed but never gets to me, and now Nanette and anyone from the staff does not respond. I have email communication from the company stating that they have the money but they never make it avaliable to me.
This company is impossible to deal with, they will tell all sorts of lies to make you buy a vehicle and then if you need something no one listens. I am not sure how I could get my money back. The waranty company have released the funds but Tysons Ford is not willing. I have requested the general Manager Mr. Dale Balderson but no response. Please help me!!
