I bought a Colby TFV4025 40 inch tv from Brandsmart with a 3yr extended waranty and a wall mount on 4/6 it stoped working 6/12 would not power on but had the blue light on. Was told I need to bring to Brandsmart (eventhough the extended waranty says in home sevice) They called us a week later and we picked up the tv and had to reinstall on mount. I worked for 1 day and went out again. Called Brandsmart & the extended waranty company and was told to contact colby for a replacement. No in serivce in my area? Ft Lauderdale. I called Colby to file a claim which I did. They said that in 2 weeks I would receive a lable in the mail and then to wait another week for the replacement TV and us the box to return the deective one. So disappointed in Brandsmart - Why buy an extended waranty if they do not have anyone to come out to a major city
