My mother placed an order through RKvinyl about 2 months ago and never recieved her order. We tried contacting the website and they pretty much said sorry must have got lost. And it was sent from a blackberry which means it is a smaller comapny and individually ran. So this person is very untrustworthy and has horrible business ethics and should not be running a business.
