I ordered, from their catalog, a "Deluxe ATV Kit" that would specifically fit a Honda Rancher. The pictures in their catalog show a person applying this vinyl kit onto the front end and sides of an ATV. When I ordered this kit I specifically asked for a kit that would fit a Honda Rancher and I was told this was the kit to order.
After opening this "kit", I found it wasn't a "kit" at all. They sent me two sheets of camo vinyl with nothing else. I was expecting this "kit" to contain vinyl pieces cut to fit a Honda Rancher or at least some type of cutting pattern.
I immediately called the company and was told that if I was unhappy with the "kit" I had ordered that I would need to pay to return the product and then have to pay an additional 15% restocking fee. I don't think this is right because as a consumer I have the right to return an item within 3 days and I also believe the way this product is advertised in their catalog is false advertising. The word "kit" implies more than simply two sheets of vinyl! I could have ordered sheets of vinyl elsewhere in their catalog. I wanted this to be simple to install and that's what the work "kit" implies.
This company seems to be advertising false information. If they are going to call something a "kit", then it should be a kit, not just a couple sheets of vinyl that I am expected to cut apart and install with no directions of any kind, especially when I specifically asked for a kit that would fit a Honda Rancher and was told which kit to order.
