Vinyl revolution is the reason people do not like to place orders over the internet. This company says one thing and does another. It has been over 2 months since I placed an order. They charged my credit card within 24 hours of placing my order but that was it.
They do not have a telephone number or e-mail address on their website to be contacted with. I had to do a lot of searching to find these. I phoned them only to get an answering machine every time. Their machine was full so it would not accept any other meassages.
After writing e-mails to an address I found I finally received 2 messages. One saying we will e-mail you when your order has shipped. The other was an apology with an excuse.
I recently found out they have used this excuse for some time. Apparently people have complained about this company before through Paypal. I just wish I would have seen this before doing business.
Hopefully this will reach more people before they think about using Vinyl Revolution.
