Goodz Motors Bought 3 ATV's totaling 3300.00 and still waiting for warranty parts for 7 months. Poor customer service!

I was refered to The goodz online from Nitro motorsports to purchase 3 atvs because Notro was out of stock. I contacted Mr. Carter the owner of the Goodz Online and purchased them. I waited 3 weeks for delivery June. They were suposed to be deliverd to my doorstep with the shipping being 200.00 each for a total of 600.00 combined shipping. The day they were supposed to arrive I had to drive a hour to pick them up from the freight company. (Loss of $50.00 in gas so far).

After I get them backk to the house to assemble them, There was alot of damage from the packaging NOT SHIPPING! I called Mr. Carter about the damaged parts from the packaging he said they would take care of it. 1 Month later July still no parts.in the mean time I made another order on stuff that was supposed to be covered under warranty asked Mr. Carter about the previous order and he said they were on backorder1 (ok I'll accept that).

Called him again in Aug and was asking him about the last Two orders I sent him about warranty party again, he said that the parts company fired the last girl that he placed the order with and he had to replace my orders. I was pretty hot by now. I have called every month since July and still have no party. I was told that Roketa is going to replace everything everytime I have called. I always get the run around when I call him. I spent 3300.00 with him and get poor customer service, and smoke up my a$.

So now that I have purchased every part that was supposed to be replace under warranty he can jump off a bridge. The total cost for the parts I am going to have to pay that was supposed to be covered under their warranty was around 500.00. I still have 2 ATV's that my kids cannot ride because og poor customer service and poor warranty service. And the shipping charges that I did pay for the BS parts that did come was way over charged. Shipping shoulf of beed 10.00 or so and I was charged 45.00 for something they only weighed 2 lbs. So I would be very causious deling with this company.
