Ripoff, failed to comply with agreement to ship parts and now after several months of waiting on these parts I am being told that I have to pay to have my old parts shipped back to me to have someone else replace them

I bought a quad from this company because their ad stated that they were a full service dealership that had parts in stock for replacement. Shortly after recieving this quad the transmission case cracked in two when I shifted into foward gear from a complete stop with the brake on. I called and on the first conversation I was told that the quad was still under warranty. On the second call for instructions on shipping my broken parts back I was told that I would have to pay under $100 for replacement parts. That was in august of now several months later I am being told that the parts I was supposed to get will not be sent to me and that I have to pay the shipping if I want the broken parts I already paid to ship out to them back.
