I ordered a remote key for VW and a uncut key blank from the web site on the 29 December received email soon after the order was placed confirming the order. The money was debited from my account the next day. I waited until the 15 Jan 09 giving them plenty of time, I sent them a email and was told that they have been busy but should receive soon.
I have yet to receive anything. No one at the business answers the phone or returns my calls (I left several). Now I get generic email not answering my questions. I have called a talk the local police in Prescott Valley and was informed that they receive several complaints about this company. I have notified the Attorney General Office and the Better Bussiness and file a report with both.
