I won an Online auction for a SUV Isuzu Trooper and then the dealership did not honor my winning bid because they had a secrete reserve price that nobody was aware of. The starting price they sat was 1500.00 and the winning price was 1950.00 The dealership called to say that I won the SUV but within a hour later a manager called me and told me NO we have a reserve on it so I did not win.
I ask why did you start the bidding out at 1500.00 and I could not get an answer from the manger. How dishonest is that. Please reconsider any dealings with this dealership because they are out to turn a fast buck at your expense. Dealer Fraud, Bait and switch, what every you call it.
