Well well well, the BS just doesn't stop. A week after I fell for their auction scam I get a email saying this... I copied and past it here for everyone to see.
Words can't explain how I feel and fell for this completely Fraud of a auction. Hey you guys, this is the meaning of a Auction.
An auction is a process of buying and selling goods or services by offering them up for bid, taking bids, and then selling the item to the winning bidder
Now think about this... Your asking 4900 for an auto on your lot but it did not sell it, it sat too long on the lot so you then listed it for auction for the starting price of 1500. The auction started and were off... Wow the highest bidder is 1950.00 and then you see the winning bid and when that person came to get the car the manager said Oh no no no we have a reserve on the auto and it's is 4900.00 so if you want the auto you MUST pay 4900.00 plus tax, plates AND dealer Docs. (the price a dealer adds for paperwork and in this case just under 500.00).
I asked then why did you start out the auction at 1500.00 if you were not willing to sell it at that price? The manager could not tell me why, he just said "we have a secret table reserve price". What complete B.S. This dealer is a complete disgrace and a Fraud. I just can't believe they even had the nerve to contact me a week later saying again that I won the auction again, so now get this... I called them again after I received the email and I was told this, I'm sorry but that auto was sold earlier this week. Please note that the commercial said that all autos must be auction off that Saturday but the web site had a week long auction timer running down to the next Saturday, so again like I said I received a email saying I won. Just remember this Superstitions Springs Honda is NOT a honest dealership.
