The short of it... Bought a car 1/11/03 from millinium motors. Had the car a day and a half, car leaked all the oil out due to blown gasket. MM picked the car up and kept it for 10 days. I asked for the paperwork to be put in the car when I came to pick it up (I live 2 hours away from dealer) never got any paperwork as far as maintenence performed on the car, not the financial contract.
I asked repeatedly for the titlework to the car so I could register it. Dealer INSISTED that I had to go there to pick it up. 21 days rolls around, still no paperwork. I explained to him that not a convenient drive just to get the paperwork. He REFUSED to mail it to me. 30 days later, I still had no paperwork and the payoff to my trade in had not been made to the lienholder.
I opted at this point to bring the car back and undo the deal. He SOLD my trade in, does not even have the title to it, and is NOT GETTING IT. I have had the car for over 40 days. I have filed this complaint with the BMV and the Attorney General's Office. He refuses to resolve any of the issues.
