Purchased a used car from crossroads motors. Within 1 week it went through 3 gallons of antifreeze. Thought it had bad head gasket put in shop to check. Was told had a cracked engine block. Notified dealer of problem he told me bring it back i will put you into another car. He wanted another 500 dollars down on a different car when i asked about money i put down on original car he said i lost that isaid come get the car and tear up the paperwork for the payments. He said fine he would do that. I also informed him that i would no longer do business with him eventho i had done all my car buying business with him he is now taking me to court for balance of payments. Dealer is in possesion of car and has the title for it i sent it to him
