I am writing you this letter in regards to unfinished paperwork which should have been given to me at point of sale. At the time of purchase, i was an employee of nu star motors. I saw the underhanded things they do first hand. Nu star motors opperates one way. That is to get them in a car and rsolve nothing after they have crossed the curb. They stand behind such poor standards i had to quit. They sell vehicles to people and tell them "don't worry, we'll take care of that." many, many times did i see what happens to unsuspecting customers. Well, it happened to me. My original contract is signed in all appropriate boxes including the "gap insurance contract" box. Just a few days ago i was going through my paperwork and noticed there was no gap insurance paperwork. I called the lot first and away we went. Dave, person who answered the phone said "i had to call corporate". The first thought that went through my mind was here we go. I knew at that point that i was going to be shuffled around and i was true to form. First, i spoke to kari who said she would get back to me. Two days went by and i called again. Kari sent me to nancy. Nance said she would look into it and get back to me. Two days later i called again and left a message at both extensions. Think i got a call back? Think again. I have since called d.M.V. And spoke with them on the matter. D.M.V. Sent me a form to send back along with a copy of the original contract with my original signatures. You would think that a reputation is important but not to nu star motors. Their motto should be "do we screw them and how". I am only sorry that i have worked for such a crooked organization if only for such a short time. Please post this for all to read as people need to know who they want to do business with before they make a bad decision.
