Poor customer service and workmanship
We puchased a Maytag machine from Sears on January 1st 2008. We applied it for perhaps 3 masses and also the button broke. We named Sears to discover how to proceed. I talked having a boss called Joyce and he or she served like she was doing me a benefit by re-ordering the component and that I had some nerve to request that it's overnighted to ensure that my Sunday visit might be stored. She really had the nerve to consult me easily had check the tackle within the additional town to determine if it had been there-after all it's OUR machine. I named Maytag and submitted a plus they mentioned they had additional fix people who do their guarantee work-in my region that will be not what Sears or A&E mentioned in my experience. Both stated that A&E was the only real organization performing guarantee focus on behalf of Maytag. I, such as the others on this website, WOn't ever Possess A&E in my own house again until I sense the requirement to be handled like dust with a so-called "custormer service" consultant. Please beware they don't understand what they're performing or how to deal with clients.
