Forcelly provided Insurence

I've got fund my Platina bicycle reg. No. UP78BE2303 by Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. I'd settled all EMI time to time. After I requested Bajaj for NOC, they stated I'd to pay for Rs. 722 more for insurance of bicycle for year 2008.

While ….

1. They never advised me about insurance and not delivered me-any backup of insurance certificate.

2. I have already been obtaining insurance from Usa Asia Insurance since I have had obtained bicycle. I restored it time to time.

Today I've to keep duel insurance for year 08. Finally I've settled Rs 722 to obtain NOC.

Today I'd like your help return Rs. 722 in addition to NOC.

Please help me.
