Company takes advantage of people by charging more than it supposed to

I bought a used car Ford Focus 2006 and found out the car was out of warranty a week later.in addition, the card was involved in an accident. THEY DO NOT check or inspect the used car. They just received them and put out for sale in the lot. I returned the car a week later and they agreed to exchange the car. HOWEVER, they would not agree to give me credit for the charges I paid for the first car. Even though, the car was driven from the dealer to my garage, they made over $1,500 in a week for doing nothing. They got the car back in the same condition and they made over $1,500.00.

It is like the car was never out of the lot, but they got it back the same way a week later. They do "DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE"

Also, they charge a "Delivery Fee" of $699.00. THIS IS A BIG RIP OFF! Therefore, I got charge DELIVERY FEE twice for nothing.

I will never buy a used or new car from this dealer. I learned my lesson.

BEWARE OF THIS FORD CAR DEALER. They take advantage of the little people. People who are trying to make ends meet.

Imagine, I understand you have to pay "DELIVERY FEE" for a new car. However, "used car?" this is a big rip off!
