Well if ford only new lets start off with that!!! I was a former customer of altavista motors. Let me begin here, I WORK With a company that is involved with being a Ford Partner which means that I can buy a NEW Ford vehicle from a Ford dealer for what they call a x-plan price. This is a non-negotiatble price on the invoice that we get. Well in breakdown of the Fees I was told that everyone is charged a $169 processing / dealer fee. So beliving the dealer I bought the vehicle and went on my way.
So two months later I find out this NEWS... After talking to several people and doing some research thru FORD I found out that I was charged a processing / dealer Fee of $169 that Ford reinburses the dealer for anyways that Ford states the dealer CANNOT charge! Imagin that, Altavista Motors charging customers extra fees that Ford states is a NO NO!
Well not to mention that I found several of my friends were charged this Processing fee in the same situation. I know it doesnt sound like much but, first Altaivsta Motors is doing this wrongfully to the customers and behind FORDs back but Second $169 per person times at least 12 people that I know of that were charged. That adds up to a nice extra profit for the Altavista Motors pocket.
I would like people to know that Altavista Motors is a dishonest conmpany that will bend you over if the get the chance! Beware of their dealings and DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
