Stay clear of A&J Transmission. The owner is a crackhead who will give you one price, then change it at pick up time. When you complain and refuse to pay for work you did not approve, they will keep your car. Alen Henfling (owner... Well... The bank owns it) is a total crackhead. He has a long history of smoking crack and using heroine.
He smoked up the shop his father built, and shot up the one his grandmother helped him buy. His wife (Joi) is a grave robber. She let her elderly grandmother come and live with her only if she signed over her own home to them. When her mother died, Joi kept the house, and excluded the actual living sons and daughters. She never gave them a dime to compensate them either. That is simply a "crackhead move".
Avoid A&J Transmission at all cost. There are several REPUTABLE shops to go to, I suggest you use one of those.
