A mailing arrived with a postmark from Fort Lauderdale FL. Claiming my warranty had expired.
I called the 800 number and was told that they held my previous warranty and that it had expired a couple of months ago.in order to recieve a price to extend my warranty they needed the mileage on my car. When I called back with that information I again asked when my warranty had expired. This time the response was " Looks like your mileage gotcha."
Two different answers in less then 5 minutes. Sounds strange, so I get a price of $3000.00 to extended my warranty. I know something is wrong so I say I'll call back by noon.
I get out my original warranty info and find out that I am still covered and it is not through Certified Dealer Services. I called back and told them it was wrong to try and rip-off consumers, that they lied to me and repeated their lies back. They had the nerve to ask if I needed anything else.
Within 10 minutes of calling them they called back and starting harassing me and using vulgar language.
