Place order for Eibach drop springs on Sept 26, next day received email stating product was on back order. When item was to be shipped out again got another email still on back order. I called company, to ask if i got another email on next due date, if i could get a refund. The guy said no problem. Well got another email of product being on back order. So i called again, and spoke to a guy, and said i wanted a refund, he said no problem, had to put in for a RMA, should take 5 days. A week goes by so i check my account, no refund. I call the company back, and i go through all the prompts, and get a recording that the company is closed and is open 8am to 5pm pacific time. Well i called at 12 noon central time. I called several times, and got the same thing, after 2 weeks of calling and leaving emails. Nothing. Now December 12th, and when i called the number has been disconnected, but there site is still active. So i am out 237.49.
