I went into Les Schwab in Junction City Oregon. I was interested in putting a Lift kit on my 4x4 Chevy Blazer. I also wanted a new Brake Job and New tires. The individual helping me asked me questions about what kind of tires I wanted his voice was higher pitched than most men and I had a hard time hearing what he was saying. I had to say what to him and had to lean forward to hear what he was saying. He then looked at me funny and turned around and waked over to another man and told him I was a queer. The man looked at me and smiled. My girl friend did not see this as she was sitting down in the waiting area. The man then went out to the tire bay and started telling the guys there and they started to look at me as he told them and they laughed. I was puzzled as to why this guy did this. I ended up spending about 5 thousand dollars there. Every time I go in there and that guy is there he does this. I feel like I paid him to mock me and it seems that his boss is ok with it other wise some one would turn him in. I don't quite know what to do about this as it upsets me very much. I have to drive into Eugene which is about 18 miles just to get service and not be made a mockery. I have decided that after my tires wear out I am going to tire factory. If I knew how to deal with this I would but how do I confront the store manager and how do I explain this without wondering if the store manager has the same attitude. It seems so stupid. You think they would be greatfull that I spent all that money there. They seem to not even care.
