Truckperformance.com Performance Center Wholesale, (PCW) ripoff, charged to my credit card without shiping out the product

Charged to my credit card without the item on hand.
Called to ask when the product will ship, answer is soon, may be in 2 weeks. Waited 30 minutes and get kicking around every time call for RMA number, got the RMA number after the third time called.

After the items returned, credit have not post to my credit card.
