I can believe this!!! My vehicle was stolen and they denied my claim on the basis of "FRAUD" which is totally ridiculous. I've had insurance through them for years, my car was fully paid for (no liens), I just put over $2500 worth of upgrades on it, and theyre denying my coverage after 60 days of some so called investigation. This is totally absurd and after reviewing all of this usacomplaints.com about this company I'm interested in filing a class action lawsuit against this company! Why would I want to be rid of my BEAUTIFUL excellent condition vehicle that I paid over $10,000 cash for??? They I've been paying for a rental car out of my pocket which I really cant afford anymore. They aren't offering me any real explanations for the claim other than stating that the car couldn't have been stolen without a key... What the heck is that about? I'm the only one with a key to my vehicle (as far as I know of) and its been in my possession the entire time until they requested me to send it in to them. I don't know what to do, I'm so frustrated, disappointed, hurt, and confused. I really don't have alot of money for an attorney but if anyone on here can offer me any direction or advice on how to go about getting them to pay my claim, i'd love to hear from you. I'd be interested in finding out what you all had to do in order to get them to finally pay your claim. I read on several of your reports posted here that it took almost 6 months then they finally paid you off.By that time, I'll owe so many people I won't have any money to buy another car.
