My truck was stolen on Oct 17, I reported my claim to infinity insurance the following day. I gave my recorded statement, affidavit, keys to truck along with any other paperwork I had by mail and email as requested. I continued to receive duplicate paperwork to send back and I have been the one to contact them at all times inquiring on the status. I seem to get the run around and don't have one adjuster assigned to my case. It has been approx 45 days since I filed my claim, the car rental that I have is now coming out of my own pocket... I just handed $500 over to the car rental company. They don't seem to care about their customers and what losses we face as a result of their poor communication and company statement regarding a loss. I not only lost my $27k truck, but now I am shelling out more money for a rental and the insurance payment for a vehicle that I signed off on.
