I had ordered on line a free sample of some energy pills; charged $1.00 for shipping and handling. Now I have an unauthorized charge of $29.95 on my credit card. I contacted Fit factory (never heard of them) and they told me I did not call to cancel. I told them I never authorized any charges. I spoke to Paul agent 23508 Dec 2 and he said a credit would be issued to my account within 10 days. I never received the free sample or any communication. Paul also told me that unless I called fit factory before Dec 17, I would have another charge taken out of my account.
This is fraud!!!
