The site offers free samples for the cost of shipping. I ordered a sample bottle for shipping and handling charges for only of $3.95 to my credit card, and within two weeks they billed me $92.58 for a full bottle, saying that because I didn't call with 14 days I was obligated to pay for this bottle and they didn't accept returns.
Then they automatically charge me monthly shipments for $89.31. I didn't see that information on the screen when you order the free sample. Then they somehow enroll me in Fit Factory and monthly nutritionist newsletter for $29.95 $1.17 each month thereafter. They claim you can Cancel Anytime, with No Hassles! This has been nothing but a hassle since the start.
