This is just a warning to anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from Right Toyota is Scottsdale.
They did not have the RAV we wanted, so we were going to come back when they got in their next shipment. They told us they would discount the price of a similar truck just to make the sale. We agreed to a specific price and terms. We foolishly trusted these crooks, and the contract actually stipulated the price to be thousands over the sticker price! The chatty finance person was so smooth and deceptive that he got us to sign the confusing contract without double checking the figures.
When we called the next day to complain, the manager just said, "too bad... You signed the contract, I don't care what our sales manager told you", and that was it.
The people we dealt with were con artists, plain and simple. We have learned a hard lesson about this dealer and it's manager and the culture of greed and deception that exists at Right Toyota. My advice to you, AVOID THEM ALL COSTS. The lease contracts are confusing and they will lie to you about what the numbers mean just to get you to sign on the dotted line.
