My parents (in their 80's) bought a Rav4 from a now closed dealership (Castle Toyota, Baltimore, MD). Their contract included a $2000 dealer markup. We got that changed and they gave my parents a new contract. We thought everything was fine until checking the bank statement against the new contract, we realized that Toyota was still charging the original contract price. Can this be resolved?
