Failure to provide the item bid on and deliver, took the money but sent other goods instead

I purchased a boat motor and gas line and tank, i had it deliverd to canada and paid for it in advance, when it arrived the gas line and tank was missing when i inquired the company sent me a replacement, the replacement was old and broken and not usable, when i asked for compensation and or replacement they said too bad i have spent enough on you already.
