After my first negative review on PriceGrabber about this company, I received an e-mail from AccessoryCircut.com "customer service" saying that since my first order was out of stock, a replacement order of a Canon Speedlite 270-EX Electronic Flash would be made available to me for the same price, if I agreed.
I agreed, and after more than five weeks, several e-mails and three telephone calls, the replacement flash still had not arrived. I found out yesterday that the replacement order had never been sent because I had not deleted my first review.
I was never told that as a condition of receiving my second order, after not receiving the first order, was that I remove my review about the first order. I won't do that.
I have never been jacked around so much in all of my on-line bidding and buying over the last 12 years as I have been with this company.
I have over 460 items reviewed on eBay and 79 on Amazon, just to list two websites, so I have dealt with many on-line sellers..
