My shop used us fidelis for a customers axle seals repair which they agreed to pay. But for 2 months they havent recieved the faxes we sent to two different numbers. Finally when i talked to a supervisor about this i asked for one hour for my time on the phone and fax which they denied. They never returned any calls in a timely manner from the start, the hold times last over ten minutes. The customer who has the policy was offered a 200 dollar credit for him but not my 72 dollars i asked for. Only because he wanted to cancel the 3400 dollar policy. They dont pay the shop full rate on parts or labor and taxes. We need get action against these warranty companies that dont pay and ban them from bad business before we all lose more money.
