Please take a moment to visit the St. Louis Post Dispatch online and read all the articles they have written on US Fidelis. They have even made an interactive map of all the warranty companies in the St. Louis area. Each marked place on the map represents a warranty/service contract company and provides links to the Better Business Bureau and links to news regarding the company. The majority are highly suspect.
