America Traveler Rv Pam Gregg Contracted to sell Rv Sold it in March 08 To date has only paid us 4,200. Balance of 18,800 still outstanding P.O. Box 467, Acton Ca 93510

I contracted with America traveler to sell my Rv. I was called in march of 08 and said the Rv sold for 23,000. I never approved the selling price nor was asked for a reduction in selling price. Our contract was for between 25,700 and 31,000. With a list price of 29,000.

As to date we have only been able to collect 4,200.00 We have been continually ignored, lied to been given fake tracking numbers for checks to be mailed out. When we call, Pam has pretended its not her on the phone.

I reported her to the Ca. Attorney generals office. They contacted her and her response to them was she lost our information and contact info, which is a complete lie. She also told them she has agreed to pay us 23,000 less any fees. She stated she has sent us full payment.

I reluctantly agreed to take payments for twelve months. First payment ok 2nd payment the check bounced.

I have only recieved 2 of the twelve payments. I am in another state, no longer in Ca. Which makes this even harder for me.

In other words pam has sold my rv and keep the money. How can a company be allowed to get away with this. I am not financially able to hire an attorney.

I have recontacted the attorney generals office and am still waiting for a reply.
