A gift of an air travel ticket was bought to get a traveler who had been unconsciously scared to travel. On discovering the problem, the charge card operator named Delta to stop the trip, these were informed "hard luck". The solution price was $298.59 and also the only handle provided was "the traveler might travel within twelve months or Delta retains the cash". The traveler possibly travel or hard luck.

Until the traveler was in a coma or lifeless... No reimbursement.
