Overpriced towing in emergency situation and then charged for unauthorized work!

Art Taylor's Garage towed my car from the Interstate where it had broken down, did NOT give me the choice of where to bring it and brought it straight to their garage where I was overcharged for towing and then found out that they charged for unauthorized work! Wtf! Rip off!!
