In February an associate at work from CPS calls me to get a cost within the telephone for my vehicle. I supplied him using the info and requested him to confirm the info supplied by studying it back again to me. He responds "Ma'am, I Have been achieving this work for 12 years today, the bill number is proper".in March, an extremely rude affiliate calls me declaring that I had been thirty days late on the cost also it needed to be compensated instantly including the everyday attention incurred following the deadline. I told her that I create a cost by check within the telephone, perhaps the info was within their program improperly. I set her about the telephone with my lender to fix the mistake. She subsequently recognized that her affiliate was to blame for that cost never being received. I never got an apology or any. However she insisted that I still spend the late charge accumilated out of this mistake. I informed her togo F* himself of course if she costs an additional cent to my account I Will prosecute them fraudulant activity on my banking account. Later I refinanced my vehicle.
