I ordered a replacement remote for a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Edition on 8/18/08. They told me that the would ship within 4 Days. Six days later (8/24/08) I finally received an Email claimng that the had just shipped the product. I was charged 82.49 immediately on 8/18/08.
I was also instructed to use USPS track and confirm for any shipping issues on 8/24/08. I have since found as others that the only thing at track and confirm you will find is a bogus electronic shipping confirmation that leads you nowhere. USPS specifically states that this electronic inf in no way verifies nor confirms ACTUAL shipment from the facility.
I had to refund my customer his money for this product for untimeliness of their non existant shipment of product. I have left numerous Emails and called their listed phone number only to get the same voicemail that redirects you to emails that are not answered.
They charge a restocking and return fee of 15%. I have been requesting a refund for not receiving the product and losing a customer.in all fairness I seek to be refunded in full because USPS has no proof whatsoever that the product has been shipped.
Furthermore, their shipping method requires a signature for receipt of the product. I have given several opportunities to reach me by email or phone and have not heard from them. I have reported them to the Arizona BBB and am on standby for them to let me know if Original Keyless responds to a notice they've been sent.
Today, after speaking USPS for about 25 minutes, they've instructed me te file a report with the Postal Inspector first thing tommorrow. I will then notify my Credit Card Institution also. All I wanted was my refund.
