I bought a car from them for 5389 dollars, which is a used 1995 geo prizm. On that day when i bought this car, i founbd out that the face of the cassette player is missing. So i asked the business owner whether if he had the face or not. He told me yes as a meaning that they had it. So he sent me to the other store that he owns to get it.

So the next day, i went overthere to pick it up. On the way to the shop, my car broke down because it was overheated... I mean it was just the next day i bought this car and it shouldn't have any problems like this and the brakes created a lot of weird noises. So i had to stop the car and i called the dealership and i told the owner what happened, he sent his mechanic that is also his assistance over to where i parked my car. I waited for 2 hours on the street in the rain. He came and he gave me bad attitude and he told me that this car had no problem at all and he drove it before also. He acted like he wasn't responsible for this. After he checked the car, he told me that there was something wrong with the thermostat, which was the thing that caused the overheating. The mechanic told me to go get a thermostat and he would install it for me... I told him that he was the one is responsible to buy this equipment and install it for me, since i bought this car from their dealership.

I spent a little money on this and i spent lots of gas to find a place that sells this kinda stuff. After i went back to the store, he acted like he has been waiting for a long time and he kept giving me "bull shit". After that my car was doing okay after all. There was no problem with the overheating anymore. Im pissed off because of this, it's because they acted like it's im responsible for this since that was the next monring i bought this car from them and their attitutes were unaccpetable.

The other thing which i was not and am not quite satified is that we are still having the cassette player problem. I asked the guy who works there for the face of the cassette player after he fixed the overheating problem. He went to find it, but he wasb't able to find it for me. The dealership owner told me that the cassette player is included and he told me that he had it. But somehow, the fact is they don't have it at all. They told me to go get another one and i was like okay...

The next day i went back, i asked the owner if he could find it for me. He sent me to his other store again, and one of his worker pulled off a cd player from another car, he gave me that one and he told me that he was giving this to me just to make me happy. I was so happy that i got a cd player... So i took it and went to wireworld to install this "fancy" entertainment into my car. The people that work there (wireless world) had made a comment to me that i need to cvhange the whole front deck as soon as possible or else i would blow up the whole unit. They were really nice that the player has a problem. And i spent 50 dollars to install this broken garbage.

So the next day i went back to the dealership and told the owner that this cd-player didn't work and asked them if they would give me another one to replace this one since they promised me that the cassette player is included in the car. We had quite a few arguments over this issue for a few times and they acted like they only care about the money but not whether if i have bought a lemon car home. They denied that this cd-player worked before and there shouldn't have any problems at all. They also blamed on the installers that they had burnt my cd-player and they didn't even care about it. They didn't want to replace it for me and they are not willing to replace it for me. And during that few days i have been "visiting "that dealership and i saw some of the customers had this kinda problems too that they didn't want to deal with the customers anymore as long as the money is in their hands. Even if customers are not satifised with their businesses. So i have made this decision to report this to u guys. They sold people cars that are imperfect aka not in good condition and they didn't even care about it! The problem problem is that this car that i bought doesn't have an air-filter in there. I told the dealership, and they told me that i need to buy one for my own and install it myself. So i have been breathing dusty air since the first day i drove this lemon. I have been sick ever since. They didn't want to buy me one and help me to install it for me. This car is not in very good condition and once again, they don't care! I m still coughing very badly. So please please please help me to get my cd-player or cassette player back and my air filter also... Thank you!
