I initially ordered (Part: RE10PMC5 Champion spark plugs) they had the best price. For the convienence factor I ordered a trans filter, which I could have bought locally.
I get E-Mail confirmation of the order, ground shipping East Coast to East Coast (usually 3 days tops).
Credit Card charged 30.07
10 days later I get an E-Mail stating We don't have the plugs so we are cancelling the order. The same day I get the E-Mail no plugs I get verification filter shipped.
They ship a $7.00 filter and charge $5.50 shipping. If informed of this I would have cancelled the order.
Plus they charged me for the spark plugs which they didn't have.
Several E-Mails to customer service, credit dept etc. 3 Weeks later I have yet to recieve a credit due me of 17.57.
