I ordered a set of spark plugs for my truck online on 06/03/07. Never got an e-mail back for tracking numbers or the usual schedualed delivery date. E-mail inquiries to Auto Parts Giant have gone unanswered. Several phone calls seeking resolution to this problem, got me rude treatment, and lies. Three weeks later, I still have no spark plugs, but I found that they did promptly charge my credit card for the purchase!
I notified my credit card and requested to dispute this charge. I also filed a complaint with their local area BBB.
